Erik moved to Portland to study acupuncture at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, graduating in 2004 with a Master's degree in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. In 2015 Erik gained his certification in Sports Medicine Acupuncture (SMAC). Erik focuses on helping competitive athletes and weekend warriors recovery from musculoskeletal injuries, as well as addressing most chronic pain conditions. He also focuses on women's health, treating digestive disorders and promoting surgery recovery. Beyond acupuncture, he incorporates tuina massage, home exercises, Chinese herbs and diet therapy.

In 2004 Oliver graduated from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland with a Master's degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. Oliver specializes in musculoskeletal pain, including sports injuries, chronic pain and surgery recovery. In 2015 Oliver gained his certification in Sports Medicine Acupuncture (SMAC). This doctorate level training incorporates orthopedic evaluation and advanced acupuncture techniques, which allows him to better diagnose and treat injuries. He is a fluent Spanish speaker.

Casey moved to Portland in 2002 and enrolled in the three-year Master's program in Chinese Medicine at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. A special interest in pain-related disorders prompted him to take extra classes and devote more clinic time to studying advanced acupuncture and massage techniques. These skills are the foundation of Casey's practice today. Casey's focus on musculoskeletal pain disorders, headaches and migraines is complemented by his ability to effectively treat poor digestion, auto-immune diseases and menstrual disorders.

In 2008, Tanya graduated with a Master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, where she deepened her knowledge of acupuncture, herbs and Asian massage. Tanya's specialties include women's health, emotional issues, digestive disorders and musculoskeletal pain. To Tanya, health is about the intersection of mind, body and spirit. She strives to provide the best traditional Chinese medicine to patients, incorporating acupuncture, herbs, Asian massage and qigong as a means to balance both the physical and emotional aspects of health.

Elizabeth attended the National University of Natural Medicine and received a Master’s of Science in Oriental Medicine (MSOM). During graduate school, Elizabeth spent 2 years in a traditional style Chinese medicine & martial arts apprenticeship studying movement arts and clinical practices. This included acupuncture and cupping, as well as Tuina Chinese bodywork and more gentle forms of manual therapy. Elizabeth enjoys treating musculoskeletal pain, and athletic performance and anxiety. She also treats women’s health concerns, fertility and digestive health concerns.

Kayla grew up on northern coast of California where the ocean and redwoods collide.

She graduated from Rouge Community College of massage therapy program, completed her undergraduate degree and moved quickly to pursue her Master’s at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. During her education she focused strongly on anatomy, Western herbalism, and bodywork.

Kayla specializes in musculoskeletal pain. She has clinical experience working as an adjunct for cancer therapy. She also has a strong interest in and enjoys working on neurological and psychological mood-disorder conditions, as well as traumatic brain injuries.


Jerrod Puckett, D.C.

Dr. Jerrod Puckett was born and raised in Southern Oregon. He graduated from Portland State University and then went on to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree along with a Master of Science in Sports Medicine from the University of Western States.

Dr. Puckett has a passion for treating all types of injuries and will tailor his treatments to each patient’s injuries and needs.

Jerrod treats automobile accidents, sports injuries, workplace injuries, repetitive motion injuries, poor posture, herniated discs, sciatica and more.

Dr. Krebsbach is a family practice Naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist practicing in Portland, Oregon. She specializes in bioidentical hormones, thyroid care, digestive health, and autoimmune conditions. Dr. Krebsbach moved to the Pacific Northwest to attend the National University of Natural Medicine. Throughout the six-year Naturopathic and Chinese medicine program, she mentored with doctors specializing in cancer care, women’s health, HIV, and endocrinology.

Bob Perna L.M.T.

Bob graduated from the National Massage Therapy Institute in Wilmington, DE in 2009. He earned his license to practice massage in Oregon shortly after moving from Pennsylvania in 2014.

Bob’s primary focus is therapeutic massage, combining deep tissue, myofascial and sports massage techniques to help alleviate pain and restore mobility to the body’s joints. His style is methodical and intentional; he loves to help clients discover the roots of their pain and movement dysfunctions, and provide them with comprehensive self care plans to create lasting benefits. 

Outside of massage and personal training, Bob has a deep passion for the sport of lacrosse, having coached players of all ages for the past ten years after his playing career. When not in the massage studio or on the lacrosse field, he enjoys reading books on the body and spirituality while cuddled up with his pug, Dutch. 


Chance Henritzy L.M.T.

Chance is a Portland native. He has great enthusiasm and curiosity and enjoys studying functional movement. His passion is helping others live with less pain and more happiness.

He specializes in targeting specific motions that cause pain, working deeply in the muscles to help eliminate pain and prevent its return. He is focused, present, and devoted to helping each individual in whatever way he can. 

 Chance uses multiple massage techniques including Tui-Na, Thai Massage, Deep Tissue and Structural Bodywork. He enjoys working with athletes and is able to use his own athletic background to inform treatments. 

He enjoys staying active and while he's not giving or receiving massage you can find him hiking, lifting, or training jiujitsu.
